- Combine the Fairlife chocolate milk and unsweetened almond milk in the Ninja Creami pint to the max fill line. Add chocolate protein powder and sugar-free chocolate jello mix. Blend until thoroughly smooth using a handheld frother.
- Cover the pint and place it in the freezer. Allow it to freeze completely for 24 hours until solid.
- After 24 hours, run the pint under hot water for about 60 seconds to loosen the ice cream.
- Install the pint into the Ninja Creami machine and select the 'Lite Ice Cream' button. Let the machine process until the desired smooth consistency is reached.
- If the ice cream is too thick or powdery, add a splash of almond milk and respin until the texture is smooth.
- Gently fold in the rainbow chips and sprinkle in some chocolate chips, pressing the mix-in button on the Ninja Creami to incorporate.
- Scoop the Cosmic Brownie Protein Ice Cream into bowls and top with extra rainbow chips before serving.
