  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the top of the head of garlic, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, wrap in aluminum foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes.
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add fresh spinach and stir until wilted (about 2-3 minutes). Season with salt and pepper then set aside.
  3. Squeeze roasted garlic into a bowl. Add ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mash until creamy.
  4. Spread garlic-ricotta mixture on the pizza crust. Layer wilted spinach, remaining mozzarella, and crumbled feta on top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling. Allow to cool for a few minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve.
