Preparation Steps

  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking dish.
  3. Unroll one pre-made pie crust and fit it into a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  4. Spoon the ricotta mixture evenly over the bottom crust.
  5. Lay the second pie crust over the filling, seal edges, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
