  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, pepper, and melted butter until creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough into triangle-shaped pieces and flatten slightly.
  4. Place a spoonful of chicken filling on the widest part of each triangle, fold, and seal edges.
  5. Beat the egg and brush over each chicken pillow for a golden finish, sprinkle with panko if desired.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  7. In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour, then gradually add milk and cream, stirring to thicken.
  8. Mix in Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to finish the sauce.
  9. Serve the baked chicken pillows drizzled with the creamy Parmesan sauce.
