- In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, and ¼ cup unsalted butter. Place over low heat, stirring continuously for 5 to 7 minutes until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until fully incorporated.
- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour the chocolate mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Dollop spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff over the chocolate layer, then swirl with a knife gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
