Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, and ¼ cup unsalted butter. Place over low heat, stirring continuously for 5 to 7 minutes until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until fully incorporated.
  3. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour the chocolate mixture, spreading it evenly.
  4. Dollop spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff over the chocolate layer, then swirl with a knife gently.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
  6. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
