Step-by-Step Instructions for Spicy Feta Dip
  1. Gather your ingredients: roasted red peppers, feta cheese, Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, and extra virgin olive oil. Drain jarred roasted red peppers and cut feta into chunks.
  2. In your food processor, combine diced roasted red peppers, chunks of feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and granulated sugar. Pulse for 10 to 15 seconds until chunky yet blended.
  3. With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil for about 20 seconds until smooth. Scrape down the sides as necessary.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. If desired, fold in red pepper flakes for extra heat.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour to let flavors meld.
