Preparation
- Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels and sprinkle salt and pepper evenly on both sides.
Cooking Process
- Melt butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until golden.
- Add the seasoned cod fillets skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
- Carefully flip the cod and pour in lemon juice, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove skillet from heat, garnish with parsley and lemon zest, and serve immediately.
