Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, reduced sodium soy sauce, and spices. Add mahi mahi fillets and coat well. Marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the slaw by combining shredded green cabbage, diced strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, red onion, and jalapeños. Toss to mix. For the crema, blend avocados, lime juice, salt, and water until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and cook the marinated mahi mahi for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and flaky.
  4. Wrap corn tortillas in foil and heat in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Assemble tacos with flaky mahi mahi, strawberry slaw, and a drizzle of avocado crema. Garnish with cilantro or lime wedges as desired.
