Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients and greasing spray.
  2. Clean the mushrooms using a damp cloth and remove the stems, finely chopping them.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped mushroom stems, cream cheese, sausage, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper until mixed.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling, creating a mound on top.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a greased baking sheet, spaced an inch apart.
  6. Press an olive into the center of each stuffed mushroom cap.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until filling is bubbly and lightly golden.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and transfer to a serving platter.
