  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. Scoop out approximately 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture and roll it into a ball.
  4. Place the cookie dough balls onto the lined baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches of space between each.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes until edges are set and the center remains soft.
  6. Immediately press a Hershey's kiss into the center of each cookie after baking.
  7. Let cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
