  3. Sprinkle in Italian seasoning and garlic powder, stirring well. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
  4. Cut the pepperoni slices in half if large, set aside.
  5. Arrange the pepperoni slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle the cheese mixture generously over each pepperoni slice.
