Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) and place a pizza stone or an inverted baking sheet inside for about 30 minutes.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a 12-inch round.
Assembling
  1. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border.
  2. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top and arrange pepperoni slices across the cheese, then dollop ricotta in various spots.
Baking
  1. Transfer the pizza onto the preheated stone or baking sheet and bake for 8-12 minutes until golden brown.
Finishing Touch
  1. Drizzle hot honey over the pizza, garnish if desired, slice, and serve warm.
