  • 1/2 cup Basil Pesto Store-bought or homemade

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  5. Spread basil pesto on flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  6. Top flatbreads with sliced chicken, mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Optional: Broil for 1-2 minutes for a crispy top.
  9. Cool for a few minutes, slice, and optionally garnish with fresh basil.
  10. Serve warm as a main dish or appetizer.
