Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, ground flaxseed, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the spinach, chives, shredded cheese, and diced ham until evenly incorporated.
  6. Shape the dough into 12 biscuits, about 1 inch thick, and place them on the baking tray.
  7. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese on top of each biscuit.
  8. Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
