  4. Combine melted chocolate mixture with egg mixture, then fold in protein powder and coconut flour.
  5. Fill ramekins or muffin tin about three-quarters full with batter.
  6. Bake for 12–14 minutes until edges are set and centers jiggle slightly.
  7. Let cakes cool for about one minute, run a knife around edges, and invert onto plates.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar, serve with berries or ice cream, and enjoy!
