Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Chill the glass by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes.

  3. Pour in 2 oz of gin and 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice. If vegan, add 1 oz of aquafaba.
  4. Seal the shaker and perform a dry shake for about 15 seconds.
  5. Add a generous amount of ice and shake again for 15-20 seconds.
  6. Double strain the mixture into the chilled glass using a fine mesh strainer.
  7. Garnish with fresh raspberries or a twist of lemon peel. Optionally, add a dash of Angostura bitters.
