Step-by-Step Instructions for Peach Lemonade
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine chopped fresh peaches, sugar, and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 5–10 minutes until peaches soften and create syrup.
  3. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool for about 30 minutes, then strain through a fine mesh sieve.
  4. In a large pitcher, combine 1 cup of cooled peach syrup with 1/3 cup of lemon juice and 3 cups of cold water.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more syrup or lemon juice as needed.
  6. Serve over ice garnished with peach slices, lemon wheels, and mint.
