Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a small kettle until it reaches a rolling boil. Remove from heat, add 2 Earl Grey tea bags, and steep for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Carefully remove the tea bags and add 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the hot tea. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Add a handful of fresh blackberries and the juice of half a lemon to the sweetened tea, gently mash the blackberries.
  4. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes to the brim.
  5. Pour the prepared tea mixture over the ice-filled glasses, filling them two-thirds of the way.
  6. Top each glass with sparkling water, filling it to the rim. Garnish with additional fresh blackberries and thin slices of lemon.
