Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Drain the sauerkraut and place it on a paper towel to squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and spread Thousand Island dressing on both halves.
  4. Layer the pastrami, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls back on the assembled sliders.
  6. Mix melted butter with Worcestershire sauce, dried minced onion, crushed garlic, and optional poppy seeds and parsley.
  7. Brush the buttery mixture over the top of the sliders and cover the baking dish with foil.
  8. Bake for about 30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  9. Remove foil and cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders. Serve with pickle slices.

Notes
