Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch pan with a single layer of club crackers, placing them tightly side by side.
- In a medium saucepan, combine your caramel ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently for about 7 minutes.
- In a heatproof bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter. Melt these together in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Spread the melted chocolate mixture over the layered crackers and caramel.
- Sprinkle the Maldon sea salt evenly over the top and chill in the refrigerator until set, about 2 hours.
- Once set, slice the bars into squares and serve.
