Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season beef chuck with black pepper and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and gochujang. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Place seasoned beef in the slow cooker, pour sauce over, and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Prepare noodles according to package instructions about 15-20 minutes before serving.
  5. Once beef is tender, add noodles to slow cooker and stir to coat them in the broth. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
