Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Use a scoop to portion the mixture into meatballs roughly 1.5 inches in diameter and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of olive oil. Sear the meatballs for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In the same skillet, pour in additional apple cider, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard. Stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened into a glaze.
  5. Return the cooked meatballs to the skillet and gently toss in the glaze. Simmer for another minute or two to absorb the flavors.
