Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine jasmine rice with beef broth. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in sliced bell peppers and minced garlic, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until peppers are softened.
  5. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and season with black pepper and paprika. Stir to combine and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
