  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and combine with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and stir-fry the coated chicken for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add more oil, then sauté sliced onion and bell pepper for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  4. Introduce mushrooms and minced garlic; stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
  5. Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  6. Combine chicken with sautéed vegetables and pour the sauce over. Toss together, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot over rice or noodles.
