  3. Place chicken in a resealable bag, pour half of the marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Transfer the remaining marinade to a saucepan for later use.
  5. Remove chicken from the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  6. Line a baking sheet with foil and arrange the marinated chicken on it, skin-side up.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Simmer the reserved marinade until thickened, about 10 minutes.
  9. Brush the thickened marinade over the baked chicken, then broil for 2-3 minutes.
