Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet, brown 1 pound of ground beef over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Let cool.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into 8 equal rounds. Flatten each round into a 3-inch circle.
- Spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture into the center of each dough circle along with a cube of cheese.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit round over the filling, pinching them tightly to seal. Roll into a smooth ball.
- Place sealed bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Melt unsalted butter in a small saucepan and stir in minced garlic. Brush this mixture over each bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over each bomb.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with dipping sauces.
