- Layer thinly sliced yellow onions at the bottom of your slow cooker.
 - Mix together minced garlic, chicken broth, olive oil, dried oregano, ground paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
 - Place chicken breasts on top of the onions and pour the marinade over them.
 - Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
 - Remove chicken and shred it into bite-sized pieces, mixing with the onions and juices.
 - Warm pita bread and fill with shredded chicken, tzatziki sauce, diced tomatoes, cucumber slices, and red onion rings.
