Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut white cheddar cheese into 30 equal cubes and set aside 30 whole cranberries from your sauce.
  3. Slice the smoked sausage into ½-inch thick pieces and arrange them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the sausage starts to brown nicely at the edges.
  5. Remove from the oven and top each sausage piece with a cube of white cheddar cheese and a whole cranberry.
  6. Skewer each sausage piece to secure the cheese and cranberry on top, then serve on a platter.
  7. Sprinkle freshly snipped parsley over the bites and serve immediately with remaining cranberry sauce.
