- Lay out each slice of prosciutto flat on a clean surface.
- Drain excess liquid from the mozzarella balls, slice if larger.
- Position one mozzarella ball at the center of each prosciutto slice and wrap tightly.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, add oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Brush the seasoned olive oil mixture over each wrapped mozzarella bite.
- Arrange the bites on the prepared baking sheet with space in between.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until prosciutto is crispy and golden.
- Optionally sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.
- Serve hot while mozzarella is melty.
