- Begin by slicing off the top ¼ inch of each garlic bulb to expose the cloves.
- Place each bulb on a square of aluminum foil, then drizzle with about a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then wrap each bulb tightly in the foil.
- Carefully place the wrapped garlic bulbs into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 15 minutes.
- Check that the bulbs are soft and golden; if not, give them a few more minutes.
- Once roasted, remove them from the air fryer and allow to cool for a few minutes before unwrapping.
- Gently squeeze the roasted cloves into a serving dish and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
