Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 fillets Salmon skinless for ease
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder substitute with taco seasoning if desired
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder use fresh garlic if preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika regular paprika can be used
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
For the Slaw
  • 4 cups Shredded Cabbage or pre-packaged slaw mix
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro omit if not preferred
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt can substitute with sour cream or vegan option
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice fresh is best
For Assembly
  • 8 tortillas Corn Tortillas or flour tortillas if preferred

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Combine olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt in a small bowl to make a paste. Brush over the salmon.
  3. Cook the salmon in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Ensure internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  4. In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, cilantro, Greek yogurt, and lime juice to prepare the slaw.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave before assembling.
  6. Flake the cooked salmon and assemble tacos with salmon and slaw, serve immediately.
