Step-by-Step Instructions for Thai Curry Pizza
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup of coconut milk and 2 tablespoons of yellow Thai curry paste until smooth and well combined.
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you’re using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up as well.
- On a floured surface, roll out your ¼ batch of artisan pizza dough into a 12-inch round.
- Spread the prepared curry sauce evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough, then layer on the toppings.
- Carefully transfer the assembled pizza onto your preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and garnishing.
