- In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, eggs, almond flour, shredded mozzarella, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Shape the dough into bagels using your hands or a silicone bagel mold and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
