  5. Drop rounded portions of dough onto the baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are lightly golden and tops are set.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for 3–5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack and dusting with powdered sugar.
