Preparation Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, milk of choice, and brewed coffee. Add sweetener, vanilla protein powder, and optional salt. Whisk until well incorporated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to serving containers. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, sweeten the yogurt to taste if unsweetened. Mix until sweetened.
- Spoon the pudding into bowls, layer with sweetened yogurt on top, and dust with cocoa powder.
