Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Stir until fully dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved, about 1 minute.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool for about 10-15 minutes before gently folding in whipped cream.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  7. To serve, unmold the Bavarian cream and top with fresh seasonal berries.
