  • 2/3 cup milk or non-dairy milk

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink.
  3. Add lump crab meat and frozen mixed vegetables; cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Gradually stir in seafood stock and heavy cream, cook for 5 minutes until it simmers and thickens.
  5. Remove from heat; add garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  6. Pour the filling into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  7. In a mixing bowl, combine Cheddar Bay biscuit mix, shredded cheddar, and milk until just combined.
  8. Spoon dollops of biscuit mixture over the filling.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  10. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
