Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until well incorporated.
  3. Take a small portion of the mixture, flatten it into a patty, place cheese in the center, and mold the meat around it to form a ball.
  4. Arrange the meatloaf bites on the baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
  5. Mix ketchup and mustard in a small bowl to create a glaze, then coat each meatball with the glaze.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, ensuring they reach 160°F (71°C).
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
