- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt 1 cup of butter and stir in 1 ½ cups of sugar until smooth and glossy.
- Incorporate 3 large eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly, then add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Sift in 1 cup of all-purpose flour and fold gently into the batter.
- Fold in 1 cup of crushed Oreo cookies and 1 cup of chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and press whole Oreo cookies on top.
- Bake for approximately 32 minutes or until edges are set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
