- In a large salad bowl, add salad greens, pomegranate seeds, and sliced Honey Crisp apples.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts and crumble feta cheese or Gorgonzola on top.
- In a glass jar, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey or maple syrup, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Shake to blend.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
- Serve immediately on a platter or individual bowls.
