Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by breaking graham crackers in half, then arrange them in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Scoop out about a tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture and form it into a ball. Flatten each ball and place it on top of the graham cracker halves.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips with 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and melt in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
