Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine patted-dry frozen blueberries with Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and drop onto the baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for 1 to 1.5 hours until firm.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen cluster in the melted chocolate and lift out to let excess drip off.
  7. Optionally sprinkle with sea salt and freeze for another 10 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
