  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey or brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 2 cloves of minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon of grated ginger until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bite-sized pieces of chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
