Preparation Steps
- Cook the rotini pasta in salted water according to package instructions, usually 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Combine cooled pasta with chopped pepperoni, salami, and ham in a large bowl. Toss gently to mix.
- Fold in shredded lettuce, sliced onions, banana peppers, black olives, and tomatoes. Combine gently.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss thoroughly to coat evenly.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Stir before serving. Optionally garnish with extra parmesan or herbs.
