- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until well blended and crumbly.
 - Pour the mixture into a pie dish, pressing firmly into the bottom and sides.
 - Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown. Keep an eye to avoid overbaking.
 - Let the crust cool completely on a wire rack.
 - In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and egg yolks until smooth.
 - Pour the filling into the cooled crust and spread evenly.
 - Bake again for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
 - Remove from oven and allow to cool at room temperature.
 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
