- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, lemon juice, and soy sauce until smooth.
- Garnish the dip with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
- Serve the meatballs warm with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
