Preparation Steps
  1. Place large eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water by about an inch. Bring to a vigorous boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Prepare an ice bath by filling a large bowl with ice and cold water. Transfer the eggs into the ice bath and let cool for about 5 minutes.
  3. Gently peel the cooled eggs under a thin stream of running water. Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  4. Mash the yolks until smooth. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until creamy.
  5. Fold in Parmesan cheese, chopped chives, parsley, lemon juice, and crispy bacon bits. Stir until well incorporated.
  6. Fill the hollowed egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  7. Sprinkle paprika over each filled egg half for a pop of color. Add additional chopped chives on top.
  8. Enjoy your Million Dollar Deviled Eggs immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
