Preparation Steps
- Place large eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water by about an inch. Bring to a vigorous boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- Prepare an ice bath by filling a large bowl with ice and cold water. Transfer the eggs into the ice bath and let cool for about 5 minutes.
- Gently peel the cooled eggs under a thin stream of running water. Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks until smooth. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Fold in Parmesan cheese, chopped chives, parsley, lemon juice, and crispy bacon bits. Stir until well incorporated.
- Fill the hollowed egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Sprinkle paprika over each filled egg half for a pop of color. Add additional chopped chives on top.
- Enjoy your Million Dollar Deviled Eggs immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
