- Melt the Chocolate: Combine 2 cups white chocolate melting wafers and 1/4 cup butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Coat the Cereal: Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the Rice Chex and fold gently with a spatula to coat the cereal.
- Combine with Coating: Transfer the coated cereal to the zip-top bag with powdered sugar mixture, seal, and shake to coat evenly.
- Cool and Set: Spread the coated mixture on parchment paper and let it cool completely for about 15-20 minutes.
