Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay out your tortillas and place about ¼ pound of roast beef and a sprinkle of cheese down the center of each.
  3. Tightly roll each tortilla while folding in the sides, securing the filling.
  4. Brush melted butter over each roll and sprinkle with garlic, onion powder, and parsley.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic and onion powder; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
