  • 2 steaks Swordfish Choose thick steaks (at least 1 inch).

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a resealable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, ginger, garlic, and black pepper. Seal and shake gently.
  2. Place the swordfish steaks in the marinade-filled bag. Seal and massage the bag to coat the fish.
  3. Refrigerate the bag for 30 to 45 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F to 450°F.
  5. Remove the swordfish from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
