- In a resealable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, ginger, garlic, and black pepper. Seal and shake gently.
- Place the swordfish steaks in the marinade-filled bag. Seal and massage the bag to coat the fish.
- Refrigerate the bag for 30 to 45 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F to 450°F.
- Remove the swordfish from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side.
